Refund Policy for Inside Out
At Inside Out, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality streetwear and an exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve created this Refund Policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence.
1. Returns
We accept returns on most items under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging still attached.
- Excluded Items: Certain items, such as sale or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for specific exclusions.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment, provided that the returned item(s) meet the conditions outlined above.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to initiate a return, and then place a new order for the replacement item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
4. Shipping Fees
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part (e.g., wrong size, wrong item shipped).
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello.insideout.in@gmail.com or via our customer support page. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
To assist us in processing your claim, please include:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damage or defect
- Your order number
6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including tags and receipt, and ship it back to us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we made an error.
4. Refund/Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the standard processing time:
- Check with Your Bank: It may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact Us: If you’ve checked your bank account and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello.insideout.in@gmail.com.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello.insideout.in@gmail.com or via our website’s order management page.
9. International Orders
Returns are available only for products purchased in India. We do not have returns available for International Orders.
